¡Refreshing & Easy Mango Salsa!

1 mango, chopped

1 lime, juiced

3/4 of a red onion, chopped

1 jalapeño, chopped (make it two if you like spice!)

cilantro, to taste

salt, to taste

Fun Fact: Mangos are an excellent source of vitamin A and C, as well as folate (which is a key prenatal nutrient for all you mamas out there). Enjoy!
