Hey Y'all, I Am Trainer Grace
I have been working as a a trainer, for both group and personal fitness, for 5 years and absolutely love helping people from all backgrounds meet their fitness goals! I founded Endorphin Method after COVID-19 hit as a way to continue training my clients during quarantine, and since then our community has continued to grow into a virtual haven where people of all fitness levels can participate in daily high energy workouts from the comfort of their own home.
We believe that exercise should be enjoyable during workouts and enable you to enjoy your body outside of workouts. That is why unlike other fitness programs we don’t promise unrealistic results, but instead we offer a health solution that is sustainable and will have a positive impact on all areas of your life.
