The Endorphin Method Program
The Endorphin Method is our signature program and is perfect for those who are ready to jump in and get their heart pumping on day one! Members get to enjoy live virtual 60 minute workouts Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with recordings sent via email on Tuesday and Thursdays. The Monday and Friday sessions take place at 1p CST and on Wednesdays it’s at 120p CST. The recordings are emailed out after the class so if you not able to make the live classes have no fear- you can complete the recording at any time! All you need is a mat and a set of weights, and you can modify the exercises as needed.
Back 2 The Grind
B2TG is a beginner class designed for those who are getting back into physical activity or those who are prone to injury and want to take it slower. This class is great for those with anxieties about working out and for those who haven’t worked out in a while. B2TG 30 minute workouts take place Mondays and Fridays at 7am CST live with the recordings emailed out after the class. A recording is sent out on Wednesdays, however the class is not live. All you need is a mat and a set of weights, and you can modify the exercises as needed.
ALL-IN-1 Prenatal Program
Endorphin Method and Jaclyn Collentro Wellness have come together to create the All-in-1 Prenatal Program. This program is fully pre-recorded which consists of exercise classes, pelvic anatomy review, pelvic floor activation review, discussions about each trimester, nutrition information and so much more. The benefit of this program is that you can move through the information and classes at your own pace. Everyone experiences pregnancy differently and there may be certain days where you have more (or less) energy. This program is designed to let you pick and choose how you want to move and learn when it’s right for you.
The workouts are designed for you to choose how many workouts you are aiming for throughout the week, and to go in the sequence they are given. Once you reach the bottom of the list for the specific trimester you are in, start back at the top. For the workouts, you will need a mat, pair of dumbbells, and a band (if you have one). The signature Endorphin Method workouts take place at 1p CST Monday + Friday. On Wednesdays our classes start at 1:20p CST Back 2 The Grind takes place at Monday, and Friday at 7am CST. A recording is sent on Wednesdays as well.
We use a link through zoom to host class. Once you sign up for your membership, you will get the link to access the live workouts. You don’t need to download anything, simply click the link to join the daily workouts.
No problem! Every workout is emailed to you after they are completed. You can also access pre-recorded workouts in the membership section of the site.

We offer 30-60 minute full body workouts that include a warm up and cool down. MWF workouts are focused on cardio while TTH workouts are focused on strength.
You’ll need a bottle of water, a pair of weights, and a mat for every workout. Feel free to get creative on your weights if you don’t own any!
