Since starting EM, I have become stronger, leaner and more confident. Endorphin Method challenges me to do things that I didn't think were possible...I mean burpees for fun...really? YES! I look forward to my workouts whether I join a live class or tune into the recording at a time that works with my schedule. Since starting EM I've: Lost about 15 pounds. Lost inches to the point I'm down at least one size. Stepped up my workout game from 0-2x a week to 5-6x a week. Increased my hand weights resistance from 8-10 lbs. to 15-20 lbs. Decreased my 5k time by 5 minutes. I've also had other positive outcomes that just can't be measured. Here are just a few of my favorite things: 1. EM workouts are my destressing outlet. Let's be real. Life is weird right now (#2020) and these workouts help boost my endorphins and reduce my stress and anxiety. 2. EM is a guaranteed hour of positivity that have boosted up my confidence. 3. EM is my happy hour and there is a sense of community. Grace's workouts are creative and different every time! Be prepared for themes, positive pep-talks, and some pretty incredible playlists. 2020 showed me how important it is to invest in my health and well-being. Joining the EM family is one of the best decisions I've made all year.

I am Trainer Grace's 85 year old Grandmother who needed routine in my life plus exercise to keep MOVING. The pandemic has closed my gym and taken my friend and routine away as I stay at home full time. Grace has rescued me from that void with her fun workouts that offer plenty of modifications for elders like me. My next day muscle soreness reminds me that I have MOVED and worked my body. Endorphin Method, and my old pal Grace, found me at just the right time. I was having difficulty motivating myself to continue my workout routine, and didn’t feel safe going back to my gym just yet. Grace makes challenging and motivating workouts for everyone. I love the live classes (1pm CST is what’s up!), but I can also complete the recorded workouts anytime. My schedule changes every week, so it’s perfect. I have been able to stay in good shape to continue all the outdoor activities I enjoy. I’ve been working out consistently with Endorphin Method for 5 months now- I can’t even believe it...and that’s because of Grace! I have nothing but good things to say about her. She’s creative, funny, supportive, and encouraging and that’s what makes EM classes always fun, different, challenging, and the best source of endorphins! Oh! And the fact that I can either take the classes live (virtual) or do the recordings is definitely a plus! I had sciatic pain earlier in the year and she took the time to teach me 1 on 1 how to manage the pain. EM has been a game-changer in my life. I strongly recommend it!

Grace is a wonderful trainer and human being. If you want a no-nonsense workout that makes you feel and look great, with no prerequisites required, please give her a shot. I’ve been doing her program during the last 6 months and it has truly kept me sane while coping with the pandemic. My body looks better than it has in several years, and this is probably the most consistently active I’ve ever been. I promise there is a barrier you won’t cross without the personal touch that comes with having a trainer who cares about and checks in on you. I can’t recommend EM enough!

Because of EM, I’ve enjoyed exercising for the sake of exercising. Trainer Grace is very motivating, encouraging, funny and makes the workouts actually fun! The workouts are a great challenge and make me feel strong (and sore). Grace is very accessible and always provides modifications for any exercise. Even after just a month and a half, I saw muscle definition and noticed my stamina got way better! I truly did not know how to work out until I started this class, but now that I have started, I am so excited to continue with EM!

Grace and Endorphin Method were exactly what I didn't realize I needed. As someone who has always enjoyed working out, I never knew what "moves" to do in the gym or on the mat so I resorted to running. With my wedding coming up coupled with some COVID laziness I realized I should try something different. I figured I would try EM for a month and see how it went and well, it's been about 6 and I'm hooked. Grace's program is SO approachable and the perfect balance of hard and fun. After class I'm tired and sore in the right places and even have some ab and tricep definition which I literally never thought was possible with my incredibly short torso-ed body type. I'm able to run stronger and longer which was a benefit I didn't expect. Grace keeps you accountable which is perhaps the most helpful aspect. I've now become the person who brings up their workout in conversations...because they're that good.
